The Bingo committee is looking for dedicated volunteers to help with all aspects of Bingo. If you would like to help keep Bingo alive here at the center please see Sue Hilberg or Vi Brown to volunteer. Bingo is our main fundraiser and it helps supplement foot care, trips, special events and more! Games will begin at the times listed above. Please arrive early to get your seat and purchase your game cards.

The Bonney Lake Senior Center is always in need of volunteers. We are looking for volunteers to assist in the facilitation of several new programs we would like to start. Some examples are: Tai Chi, Book Club, Chair Massage, Haircuts, Manicures, Eye Care/Exams and speakers on subjects such as: home and auto repair, time management, alternative medicine, and more! Please contact us if you are interested in volunteering. Ask about the RSVP program if you are a senior!
Free van service is offered to and from the Senior Center Monday through Friday. We ask that you call 253.863.7658 the day prior to your desired pick-up to ensure that your name is on the list. Messages are checked each day at 8:00am so please leave a messag if you call after hours.

Free Family Caregivers Kit
To get help with caring for a loved one how do you know where to begin and whom to trust? The Federal Citizen Information Center created a free kit for caregivers. It features publications from the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau that explain how to manage a loved one’s money and protect seniors from scams. It also contains publications from the FDA’s Office of Women’s Health to keep track of medications and learn to use them safely. There is also a copy of the 2014 Consumer Action Handbook, which contains information to make the best decisions about what you buy and the service providers you use.

The Statewide Health Insurance Benefits Advisors (SHIBA) is a free, unbiased and confidential counseling service sponsored by the Washington State Office of the Insurance Commissioner. Our trained volunteer counselors help consumers of all ages understand their health care rights and options. We offer current information on private health insurance, public health care programs, prescription drugs programs, and other topics.

Red Wind Casino Trip
Cost: $2.00 payable to Senior Center, tip driver on your own.
Leaving Grocery Outlet at 9:00am
The bus will leave the casino at 3:00 and Return at approximately 4:00pm.
The Red Wind Casino has 975 electronic slot machines and numerous table games, providing options for all gaming tastes. Red Wind guests can try their luck at craps, roulette, blackjack, Pai Gow and three card poker. Keno and speed Keno, to name just a few. There is a new larger no smoking area.
